Built By Biron Low Impact Membership is designed for the person looking to take the impact out of the workouts, but is still looking for a good sweat! This package is ideal for the person looking to mix in a workout 2-3 times a week. It comes with 5 bodyweight band workouts, 5 weighted workouts, and burnouts.

Carly is a full time fitness professional who graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Carly was a member of the UMass Women's Swim and Dive Team during her time at school. She specializes in cardio. Upbeat, high intensity workouts are her favorite and she loves making people sweat.
Maddie is a fitness professional who graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. During her time at UMass she was a captain of the UMass Women's Swim and Dive Team and holds multiple school records. She holds a passion for fitness and focuses on lifting and high intensity interval training, always making sure people push themselves for that extra rep.
Alex is a registered nurse by day and yogi by night! Growing up a dancer, her love for movement paired with her curiosity of mind- body connection, drew her to the mat. She began practicing yoga when she was 16 years young with Open Doors Yoga Studios.
Her journey as a nurse and her passion for health & wellness fueled her to expand her yoga practice. Alex completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2019.
She chose to become a yoga teacher to deepen her own practice and share this unique connection with all those that come to their mat. Her inclusive style of teaching invites students to explore movement, breathe, energy, and inner peace. She enjoys teaching a wide variety of classes- from upbeat, physically challenging power flows to slow and relaxing fluid movements that help to ease the breath and calm the mind.
Her goals as an instructor are to help others develop a deeper connection with their inner self— To fuel that fire that lives deep within our souls, to find our truth, to create positive energy, to be the best version of yourself both on and off your mat.
Michelle graduated from UMass Amherst in 2016 with a BFA in Dance. After college, she began her journey as a yoga teacher after completing her 200 hour training in 2017 with Barre & Soul. She now teaches dance full time in the Boston area, and teaches yoga and barre classes with Lifetime Athletics. Michelle is passionate about teaching others to explore and train in various forms of movement and exercise in order to create a balanced and mindful movement practice for your life.
Sarah is a long time yoga & meditation practitioner and teacher. She is a writer who unravels expressions of joy and wisdom on the page. Vulnerability and discomfort have become her partners in living an honest and enjoyable life.
